Extremely disappointed. I just spoke to a “Ned” who works here to help people get a ride to and from medical appointments and he told me that he was the only person who could help me and my boyfriend get home from urgent care since we were released so late in the day, about 6:30, he was very incompetent rude, and told me that because his driver who is going to be driving a Wheelchair transport van could only seat one of us because the driver was training somebody therefore me and my boyfriend have no way to get home tonight.... read more
The hospital I work for received a patient transported from another hospital with Securefirst transport. Unfortunately, the patient left their glasses in the van and didn't notice until later. I reached out to the company as soon as we realized, but they had driven too far to turn around, on their way to another pick up. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner himself apologized for the inconvenience and offered to ship the glasses overnight to our unit so the patient wouldn't have to go without them for long. Watched one of your transport vehicles move from the right lane into the left lane during a designated hwy passing area SPECIFICALLY to block another traveler. They then quickly slowed down which caused the other vehicle to have to slam on their breaks with a line of cars behind him. They seemed to be attempting to block this Truck/Trailer from getting in front of them. Great compassionate staff, and on time pick up and drop off. Full communication with their clients (Patients)
Drivers apparently don't know how to read... Also don't know how to park in a way that somebody else could access their vehicle. These are some pictures of an inconsiderate driver perked in a small spot meant for electric vehicles. This would be the exact same thing as parking an electric vehicle at the gas pump while the driver went in to go get a soda pop... UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
