Maylan is AWESOME! She has been so helpful to me as I got preapproved for a car, and even got me a better rate to refinance a signature loan. She was so helpful through the whole process, and they really do have the best rates and service. I don’t plan to use anyone else!!!!
I have banked with them for 24 yrs. In the last 3 yrs . The service as gone away. There is no more working working with people no more trying to help long time customers. We my loans are paid off or refinanced through a tie bank I will close all accounts and no longer do business with them. I hope their board of directors read this.
They tend to lie and take their time when it comes to loans. I know people who have lost out on vehicles because they can’t learn to keep there promises, and get the loan done.
Use to be a time when you could go and ask to speak to a banker but I guess they don't have them anymore. Was wanting to refine a loan from them. Was told to do it myself.
