I have used Secure Transport for 3 round trips that involved outpatient surgery. I was VERY impressed with the cordial and professionalism of the drivers, even on one trip when the address was not correct. The back office immediately contacted the driver to correct the error and all was resolved. I highly endorse Secure Transport for being a "transaction" safety net for when one is in vulnerable medical situations.

My mom needed to go a short distance (less than a mile) for a family event. They were late by 45 minutes. They were 1 hour and 1/2 late for pick up. On pick up, the driver couldn't find my mom's long term facility. We noticed he had stopped at Starbucks. On drop off, they got lost and drove miles out of their way (when it was a less than a mile drop off). I cannot thank you enough for the kindness, empathy, and professionalism with which Keith treated me and my dad. I didn't want him to leave but I know he has a job to do and he does it extremely well.

A big thank you to Greg and the dispatchers who waited for us to land at the airport. We were supposed to get in by 2:30 on 9-24 and due to weather and other conditions, didn't get in till after 6 but both Greg and the dispatchers made sure we were picked up. Greg couldn't have been more understanding and helpful! The dispatchers were very kind and understanding as well.
