Made appointment for windshield to be replaced. Relatively simple process. Advised the rain sensor needs a gel pack installed, was assured it will happen. Dropped the vehicle off, it was done on time. Drove in rain the first time, auto wipers didn’t work. Investigated and found gel pack was not installed despite being told it would be. Ended up having to order the parts and repair myself so I could continue my travels. They did offer to bring the vehicle in to investigate but that isn’t always an option. Great job was done by everyone at Sector 1 Glass. Brought in my old project truck with smashed out windows. They didn't even scoff at the job or anything. Finished the truck in an unbelievable time frame. Will be passing the word along to all my friends and fleets I work for.
Sector 1 is the only company we deal with for glass and construction! They are professional and stand behind their product and instillation!! They also are the most reasonably priced company in Estevan! Won’t use anyone else!
This is the 5th window we have had done by these guys and as per the usual, it looks great. Right from the quote to the clean up they have always done a great job for us. Thanks for the extra step to keep the wasps out while our house had a hole in it. Thanks again!
