We bought our couch from Secret Sofa a year ago and it still looks & feels like new. Sooo plush & comfortable, great soft textured fabric that matches everything. Wonderful & knowledgeable customer service from our in store experience at Cheltenham as well - highly recommend 🤍

Took months to arrive, though it was worth it. We bought the Haven left Side Facing Chaise in blue velvet. It’s amazing. The most comfortable sofa we’ve ever had.
We love our Alex chaise couch! Ordered it on the Sunday, had a call on the Monday morning at 10am asking if I wanted delivery on Tuesday or Saturday… very, very efficient! So far the couch is awesome, feels sturdy and hopefully will hold up with our active toddler! Overall a really positive experience… which is refreshing and sometimes couches can take 10 weeks to arrive and no choice in delivery. Great work secret sofa!!
