This is the way customer service should be - Sammie at Secret Sofa Cheltenham is the epitomy of outstanding customer service. She was managing the store on her own on a busy day and couldn't have been more helpful or polite. We are thrilled with our purchase of a chaise lounge and ottoman and also the to-the-minute delivery time by their driver. Well done Sammie, you're an absolute credit to the store.
Doesn't last - not for daily use. Looks good but the quality and construction is garbage - cheap laminated pine from China, not even solid wood. We purchased a Jordie chaise a few years ago and have used as our main couch. Not heavy use - just my partner and I, and our very small children (age 3 and 1 both under 15kg.) Trying to find a well-made sofa at a decent price was turning into a nightmare until someone recommended Secret Sofa. They offer contemporary designs that are both comfortable and well made. They had a fabulous range to choose from. I had a great experience at the store, there were a great range of couches available and the staff were very laid back and supportive when needed, even took the time to make sure I used a $30 off code for an order. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order but the team were so supportive and providing an overall awesome experience
Visited the showroom last weekend and spoke to both of the girls in the showroom. They were both lovely and extremely helpful in directing me to products they thought would suit my space. I’m in the early days of designing my new home but I will definitely be back!
