I had a great experience at the store, there were a great range of couches available and the staff were very laid back and supportive when needed, even took the time to make sure I used a $30 off code for an order. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order but the team were so supportive and providing an overall awesome experience
Visited the showroom last weekend and spoke to both of the girls in the showroom. They were both lovely and extremely helpful in directing me to products they thought would suit my space. I’m in the early days of designing my new home but I will definitely be back!

We bought our couch from Secret Sofa a year ago and it still looks & feels like new. Sooo plush & comfortable, great soft textured fabric that matches everything. Wonderful & knowledgeable customer service from our in store experience at Cheltenham as well - highly recommend 🤍
Great couch, had an issue with a faulty bottom cushion but was sorted without fuss. Highly recommend
