i received a pair of Dunks as a gift and i didnt really like the color so went to exchange it for pair i want, the shoes havent been touched or worn and are still in the original packaging even provided a receipt and they couldnt even exchange it for the pair i want THEIR CUSTOMER POLICY IS STUPID change your customer policy maybe you’ll get more customers… ✌️

He went above and beyond to make sure I received the sneakers in time for my Great Nephews Birthday. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and exceptional customer service.
