I can't recommend SWL enough! Im going to feel like every other weight loss commercial when I say this, but when I say that I've tried everything else and spent thousands of dollars trying to achieve sustainable results, it's true. I am thankful beyond words that I joined the Secret for Weight Loss program. At first, the level of commitment that it took to start the program did scare me a little.
