Not pleased with service
I've recently purchased Gandalf's staff from the Hobbit from Secret Compass and all I can say is that Shane has the tenacity to see orders through despite being assaulted by overwhelmingly bad luck. I live in the UK and the package was sent overseas via DHL which carried considerable a shipping cost. DHL failed to contact me about a customs charge despite having the correct contact information and they sent the staff back to Secret Compass after a holding it for a week, charging SC for the return, on top.
