Truck 170 was speeding through a work zone on the Ohio turnpike in the east bound workzone (MM 130ish) 0730ish on 7/22/26. Driver ignored the truck lane restriction and was in the left lane. When he passed me, he slowed down for a bit before taking off again. That allowed me to notice that he was using both hands to prop his phone up in the center of his steering wheel. No driver is perfect, but this blaantemt disregard for work zone safety is egregious and these drivers and companies need to be held accountable.
