Christina is amazing. I arrived with limited range of motion in my left arm, and a very tight lower back. She worked out the stiffness. After my session, I had practically regained full range of motion in my arm and my lower back no longer bothered me. I highly recommend Christina.
Christina gives the best massages. Extremely relaxing and never rushed. Deep tissue massage really helped me with my lower back pain. Over longterm treatment the pain went away completely. Now I only have to go once and awhile for maintenance.
