Had a gift card I received as a 50th birthday present and haven’t been to a spa in years. Called to schedule and realized it wasn’t going to be same day. They were able to find a space to accommodate my schedule and it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Apple for any space services and had multiple staff which were all great. I hate pedicures (or probably my feet) and they made it relaxing and comfortable. Advice would be as we are already in the “holiday” season is to not wait to get on schedule.
Have a gift certificate and very difficult to schedule to get in and you have to leave a credit card to make a appointment so why bother having a gift certificate? I have a busy work schedule and limited time off so this gift certificate is useless. Previously I used to call same day to get in if I was off. Now you have to know your days off weeks in advance. So not for those working unless you have bankers hours. And don't bother with gift certificates. I have to give mine away, what a waste of money.
Terrible business practices. Good luck getting an appointment. I’ve had a gift certificate for over a year and a half, but haven’t been able to get an appointment for any services. If I didn’t have a lot of money already tied up in this salon through a gift certificate, I would never have called back. If you are used to great service and people who know their craft, go elsewhere.
