I’m absolutely appalled and deeply disappointed by the level of service and respect shown by this company. As first-time buyers, we placed our full trust and full payment in their hands well in advance, expecting that our furniture would arrive on time. We ordered a couch set (a two-seater and a three-seater) in beginning of April, specifically planning for it to be delivered before we moved into our new home as newlyweds. We have reported this matter to the Department of Fair Trading after discovering that our credit card was charged more than the advertised price. The company acknowledged the overcharge and agreed to issue a refund; however, despite multiple attempts to follow up, they have failed to honour their commitment and refund the overpaid amount.
