Very poor quality houses with even worse quality house manager at Oneida Street house. Talk about a power trip! Guy has been living there for three years and calls himself the “Terminator” for all the residents he kicks out. Good short term for a few months, but depends on the manager. Aaron is a really good guy too.
Second step was great for me. The only reason I'm giving one star is to make aware that this company has changed since Ive been here. I have been here for 1 year and this place helped me beyond what I could have imagined. Great people, supportive, clean etc. As time has gone on we made in with the new and out with the old. over 700$ worth of peoples possessions and cash have been stolen. Second Step runs a great program. Located in the heart of the MN recovery community of St. Paul, this program is a great place to get sober and start building a network of lifelong friends to share your journey with. I owe a lot to this organization! Give them a call!
Second Step supportive housing provided me with a safe, structured and affordable place for me to live when I got out of inpatient treatment. My House was full of Men who wanted to make changes in their lives and selves similar to the ones I was striving to make for myself.
