I had great service from Daphne when she helped with the really bad experience I had in the past with Second Specs. To make a long story short , I had gotten lenses put on my reading glasses from Peggy When I went home that day I noticed there was already a Crack on the glasses even though I haven't used them yet. So I called her and let her know, I had bought insurance for the glasses .
