I have been customer at Second Specs for many years now. They are friendly, fast and carry a good selection of lenses and frames. I got new lenses in my existing glasses in about 30 min. These guys had my prescription info and getting the swap was so easy. Amazing service!
I broke my glasses and needed a replacement quick. When I saw that this was a kiosk in a mall I was skeptical, but their reviews were great. I was served by Keith, selected frames, went shopping for half an hour and picked up my glasses on the way out. They fit well, prescription is correct and they direct billed my insurance. What more can you ask for?
