I had the absolute pleasure of receiving Matthew’s help. Matthew walked me through the process of buying glasses and was extremely helpful as I stuck between two different frames and was gracious when I decided to changed the frames last minute. Kind, intentional, and knowledgeable are three words that describe Matthew and my experience at Second Specs. On top of everything mentioned, the whole process took less than an hour! Thanks so much!
FYI don’t believe all the 5 star reviews - they report and remove all negative reviews! First, it’s really shady that they don’t disclose that their glasses are final sale. They should have a 30 day return policy at the minimum. Secondly, the people who work there don’t bother checking the fit, and let you walk away with ill fitting glasses saying “It’s normal for them to be crooked. Try them out and come back later.” No, any licensed professional would be able to see the issue, pinpoint the cause, and fix it. Lastly, these ... read more

Their service was fast, efficient, and made the whole process of fixing the issue in my existing glasses was so smooth.
