I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Second Specs WEM. Best experience I’ve had in years. Been buying my prescription glasses here for so many years and experience was still great. Lance, Hannah, everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. We recently made our first visit to Second Specs at WEM and were surprised and pleased with our experience. The location is rather low key but the prices, the selection and especially the service simply blew us away. We ended up buying two pairs of glasses. We are Seniors on a government plan and Second Specs handled all of the billing for us making that requirement an absolute breeze.
