I went into this store not expecting much but ..omg is this store amazing, the staff is really nice and funny. The prices are incredible! You can find amazing deals on high end products.
I used to rely on Second Looks for the occasional sport coat and/or slacks. The last two times I've been in the "girls" working there didn't come out from behind the counter and offer any assistance. Something I always got when Norris worked there. The prices have gone up significantly as well. I also noticed the clothes wrinkled and looking more worn than I have seen in the past. For example when looking at a sport coat it would have those little fuzz balls on the sleeves from rubbing against the waist of the coat. I little... read more
We have shopped in this store multiple times and always had positive outcomes not this time the young lady was not in the mood to sell or help she made no effort to help what normally took me at least an hr going through their awesome inventory was cut short because of her additude I guess she we should have gone to Burlington instead by by 2 nd looks !
The selection and quality make it unthinkable to go anywhere else. That couples with the amazing customer service making shopping here a comfort that comes to mind every time you select your daily wardrobe.
The guys in here are super helpful! My best friend got a jacket she loves and I got a cool jacket I love! (And I’m very picky when it comes to clothes)
