Very happy! Contacted Second Look about a IRS letter i received saying i owed 10,000 i was able to speak with a tax expert and they processed a amended return what was left off from my return causing me to owe. They were not the cheapest but the quality of service was amazing i was always able to get a hold of someone without having to chase them down send countless emails they were always available and did not charge me for extra services when I had additional questions
