Ok place to shop but horrible place to sell to. I brought in 2 totes of items with the tags on everything and they didn’t take one thing! I even called in advance to make sure I was bringing was what they needed and when I got there she took 2 mins to go through the tub and was rude. I took the same tubs to platos closet and got $70 and they didn’t even take all of the items. I won’t be going back.
I will do no such thing! It was extremely rude of you! I couldn't get a word in or finish a sentence! Also, if people are posting, responses to others are common curiosity when you own a business instead of ignoring your clientele. Perhaps more staff would be able to help with that as I see it happens often. Best of luck! Love these stores, but whomever Tom is, is extremely rude and needs to take classes on customer service. Love this store. Amazing clothing for all different ages and styles, and reasonable pricing. Staff was super nice. There was a fitting room, and the place was very clean. The store did not smell bad. They had name brand clothing, such as; Lululemon, Nike and Under Armour. If you are looking for a fun thrifting experience I would 100% recommend. ROCK ON!
I've been a customer of Second Glance in Grosse Pt. for at least 5-7 years. Decided to stop by about 5:45p or 5:50 briefly on Mack, was in the area getting ready to go to work. They had already began doing their close down for the day. I do understand the mechanics of closing for the day. However, is that at the risk of Making a customer feel like they are a bother or not there? Just saying.
