Don't put anyone that you love in this place, they screwed my brothers life up even more, not only did he end up going to jail at this place because the staff do not KEEP on eye on the other people staying in these facilities, they also failed to lock the medicine cabinet and he tried to commit suicide. HANDS down the worst place to put any love one in, Seems that they do more harm then they do good to help someone. DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD OR LOVED ONE IN THESE HOMES!!!!! DO NOT WORK FOR HIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE “CARE PROVIDING” HORRIBLE STAFF HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AND DRAMA. STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS. THIS IS THE MOST AWFULLY RAN GROUP HOME I HAVE EVER SEEN. THE HOUSES ARE CONSTANTLY DIRTY, HAVE NO FOOD, NO ONE IN THE COMPANY KNOWS HOW TO COMMUNICATE. STAFF ARE ONLY THERE FOR A PAYCHECK AND COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT HE LIVES THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE.
The front desk Assistant was extremely rude and nasty, she ignored my several phone calls and voicemails. After I popped up at the office she knew exactly who I was, she made up a lie on the spot about my work availability. It takes a certain person to just lie in your face and if my run in with her is anything like how you run business I’m lucky to not be there.
