I purchased a drawer unit as I dont care for modern units. The item and quality matched the description perfectly. They owner videoed the unit so I could see it, sent recommendations for delivery (which were also amazing), cleaned it and wrapped it. The communication was the best Ive had in many a year, and such professionalism is rare from my expereince. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I saw a wardrobe from Second Chance Furniture on eBay and it looked like a good solid piece of furniture so I bought it and arranged for a courier myself to collect it. Imran was very helpful and sent me a video of his showroom and the item before I bought it. He also offered me the services of his own courier had I not had my own courier contact. Ok store for 2nd hand furniture. Two things that need mentioning: 1) No credit card; all cash payments (wondering if its a tax evasion issue) 2) 2nd hand furniture is rather overpriced, compared to charity shops
Excellent selection of items for sale at right price. Very pleased with purchase and customer service.
Service was great from Imran and the range of furniture was very good and excellent quality. Would recommend before heading to buy anything brand new to get yourself a bargain!
