States open 9-12 on Saturday but lobby is locked and only the drive thru is open. The drive thru is a single lane and 4 cars deep. This is not convenient for its customers and I have experienced this several times. The lobby should be open so more than one person can help and be helped at one time especially on a holiday weekend.
Horrible customer service. The staff are rude. They make up policies as they go a long. After you show them their own policy they make up excuses. There are better places to take your money. They need more oversight like banks have.
I have always had a great experience with SECNY! The staff is always friendly as well.
