Catlin R. helped me get a home mortgage loan at 5.5% when everyone else was offering 6.7%. She stayed in contact with me throughout and was easy to get a hold of. I have also gone into the Manlius branch times and all the tellers are friendly and helpful especially Chad.
This bank sucks. Seneca turnpike is the best branch.
