I wish I could got lower than 1 star. Over a year ago the gentlemen who processed my 10.5 foot alligator sent it to Sebring for tanning. I checked on line and used their ordering system to make sure the tanning instructions were clear and that they had my name, address, phone numbers and email. I didn't hear back from them. After about 6 months I did check back with them and they couldn't find the hide and asked me for the tag number which I sent to them a day latter.
