Refused to cash a check that was made out on their bank even though they said the funds were available. I've been offered to open an account in order to be able to cash the check and they refused that as well. Not sure why they are in business.
Love my local bank. Always there when you need them. Feels great to support and be supported by an institution whose decisions and impacts are LOCAL, whose HQ is right around the corner, not one thousand miles away.
If I could give less than one star I surely would. I have never known a bank to be so full of nonsense willing to protect criminals. Smgthere's no way in the world I would trust this bank with my money
