Beware they will sell you something that is broken in the box and they won't stand by it. Very bad poor customer service from the owner himself. It was a ice auger, I called soon as I got home, one owner said she would replace it over phone went in to do exchange and other owner ran me out of store acting like a tough guy telling me to contact Eskimo for a warranty on a BRAND New auger!! Will not support them in the least from now on!!

I’ve been trying to order a Loring pack basket for several months but due to lack of quality customer service from Loring, I reached out to Sebago Bait via phone, and they took down my info and card and had the order processed right then and their, it’s impossible to beat that kind of customer service, not to mention, the lady I dealt with was very polite to deal with over the phone. Thank you very much for great customer service Sebago!
