Closed early for unknown reason yesterday, supposed to be open until 7, it was 4:00. Was told they would exchange yen back to $ for free as long as I had my receipt from outgoing trip. Empty promise if you have random hours. No services outside Chicago so I'll be stuck paying someone else if I can even find someone.
