I reached out to this company for a quote and simply asked for a rough timeline on when I could expect a proposal. Instead of providing any clarity, the owner told me I was “too difficult to work with” and hung up on me mid-conversation. I was polite, direct, and just wanted to know how long it would take to receive a basic estimate. Extremely unprofessional behavior—if this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they handle actual projects. I would not recommend doing business with them.
