This company is a dysfunctional mess. I wanted to upgrade all of my Raymarine instruments ( he is a dealer). I went to their building explained everything in complete detail including pictures, followed up with detailed email. I met with Gary, he said he could do it and it would take a couple weeks. I called him several times always left messages, as well many emails for 5 weeks. GARY NEVER REPLIED. So unprofessional, inconsiderate and dishonest.
