This review is for Seattle Sutton!!! 21 meals for the week, that is three delicious heat up only ready to eat meals a day, all worry free. You can choose a 1200 cal, a 1500 cal or a 2000 cal diet. Again all I need to do is heat some of the food in the microwave or toaster oven if you so choose. They have a nutritional list on the food that is clearly displayed with the nutrition facts and ingredients.
