I've been dealing with a nightmare case from 2009. For 15 years I've been ignored, neglected, mislead, swindled amd completely lied too. Grace took up my case after Shannon took the initial hearing. To them I'm sure it was a comical junk file when they first looked at it, but they approached it with purpose. Genuinely explored resolution.
