Alana is a savior. My daughter is a competitive Irish dancer. She has loose ligaments which means she has weak ankles...not great for a dancer. Years ago, we went to Alana to get ideas on how to help. She gave specific exercises that drastically helped. We've gone back for more specific injuries. Alana is a superstar of a Physical Therapist! The attention to detail and care she provides is outstanding, taking the time to tune in to your specific needs. I have seen Alana on and off for the last year plus, and always leave with more confidence in the recovery of my injuries. Alana comes from a Dance background as a performer, choreographer, and educator, and has a deep understanding of many movement modalities, which is fueled in her practice. I highly recommend Alana for any sort of injury rehabilitation or prevention... read more

I highly recommend Alana.
