Entrance is very nice and professional
Literally considered moving out of this city because you hand out $75 parking tickets for nothing. So extremely infuriating. I’ve never had a good experience with the Seattle municipal court system. Start over from square one. Nothing is right.
Absolutely terrible service. The lady picked up the phone and asked if I could hold on one moment. I said yes and after 15 minutes she never came back. I hung up and called back
I received a parking ticket in the mail despite never have even been to Seattle, and when I finally got ahold of somebody here (after multiple days of trying to get somebody to pick up the phone, waiting for over an hour) they told me it was for a completely different make and model of car, and found out the meter officer miswrote the license plate #. Thought it was over and done with, but today I got a notice that the ticket fee is now in collections under my name - and it is impossible to get ahold of anybody here because ... read more
