Unfortunately, the massages did not feel therapeutic at all. Rather than providing any sense of relief, relaxation, or applied pressure, it felt more like oil was gently applied without any care or technique. I had even requested for more pressure twice, but nothing was changed. Called ahead of time, and booked an infrared sauna, hour massage, and soak, for my husband’s birthday. He came out looking so incredibly relaxed it was genuinely surprising. The staff was attentive, informative, helpful, and kind. They helped me choose a time that fit with the rest of our plans for the day. We will definitely be back, well worth the money.

Had the best experience during my visit. I tried the floatation therapy for the first time and was so relaxed. That feeling carried into my massage which was 10/10, Hana was perfect

The employees in the store are very enthusiastic. They ask if you want to drink water. They will provide ice water, and I will inform Anna of my needs. She will treat me according to my requirements and I will come back again.
