This company is absolutely amazing! Not only do they go above and beyond to help individuals reach their personal goals, but they truly care about the community as a whole. What really stood out to me is their support of our local Little League -- they sponsored a team and actively invest in helping youth succeed. It's clear they're not just about business; they're about making a real difference. Highly recommend supporting a company that gives back and genuinely cares!
They will just randomly fire their staff and leave you without any ability to transition care. I expect better from an organization who claims to be “committed to delivering superior mental health services”, and no, one complimentary session with a new therapist is not acceptable duty of care.
I've struggled with anxiety for years, and I've never found a therapist who really "got it" until I came here. My therapist has helped me reframe my thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and actually feel more in control of my life. If you are struggling with anxiety, I highly recommend them.
From the moment I walked into Anchor Light Therapy Collective, I felt at ease. The environment is calm and welcoming, and the therapists are kind and professional. I leave every session with a new sense of clarity and peace. I can’t recommend them enough!
