I can honestly say this is the worst banking institution I've ever done business with. Their fraud algorithms are super strict, their policies suck, and everything about doing banking business with them has been a hassle at best and a nightmare at worst. I recommend any other credit union.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Users beware. They will fraud you, lie, and steal your money. They don't give you what they offer you and they will change contracts behind your back. Don't even think for a second that customer service exists here. Don't even think about using Seattle CU unless you have a lawyer present.
ex employee here... take it from me, take your money and run. they claim to be for the people but lets be real. Unless your account balances are more than 10k they do not care about you. You got a over draft fee? Oh but you already had your courtesy waived for the year? then sorry we cant help you? OH you have 10k in your account and you have already used all your courtesy fee reversals but you got another fee and are threatening to close? then yes let me waive these even though you don't qualify. Do Not go to the Southcenter Branch awful poor customer service at this branch!!! The business has gone to the gutter lazy staff (Alex)!!! These folks Do Not care about customers Megan is Non Responsive branch manager!! This used to be Great credit union that was responsive to their customers this no longer a reality.
They are closing all their branches!!!! Are you guys insolvent?!?
