After having an account here for OVER THIRTY YEARS, They find it necessary to flag a $ 3000 Deposit Check due to being 'Altered' - A Small Smudge on the Amount Notation... I'm now out of work until this issue is resolved Why would I "Alter" a check to reflect a $3000 dollar amount instead of a $300 amount after holding Account for THIRTY YEARS ?!?... And then when I went into the branch I was met with attitude from the teller... This Bank has seriously gone down hill lately...
Check in on screen? Really? Lord my older sister would be lost trying to do that. No access to a restroom? Really? I don’t see a lot of strangers around looking for a free restroom. You can do better. Tellers are good
