I have used SCU for years. In the beginning it was efficient with great customer service. Neither can be said anymore. Additionally, they are closing the only Eastside location (Kirkland). Was told to go to Lynwood location which is not practical.
ATM ate my card, Bank is understaffed and said not much we can do. It seems like this was a common occurrence here. Definitely wont be back
Terrible hours, no deposit box, and atm doesn't accept checks.
Seattle credit Union has horrible customer service. Their phone customer service is especially terrible. I have had accounts here for about 5 years and I've been locked out of my accounts several times a year for reasons that are completely not of my control.... It's very difficult to get them on the phone. Trying to meet with someone in person is just as difficult since they are only open limited hours and they close their offices sporadically for various reasons.
