The staff at the Tukwila branch is fantastic.
It is rare to go to a bank and have a good experience. But Jasleen Kaur is an outstanding branch manager who goes above and beyond for every transaction. From a personal standpoint, I had a situation where I needed help, and Jasleen immediately stepped in to make a stressful process completely seamless. She is knowledgeable, deeply empathetic, and genuinely cares about doing what is best for her clients. If you want a banker you can actually trust, ask for Jasleen.
I love going to Tulwila branch. They are very helpful and I can get answers to my questions when I ask. Harmon is really good and has great customer service.
