They don’t do anything in here. I’m not really sure why they even have an open location full of workers. They literally don’t do anything. Not to mention my care keeps locking up. I keep thousands of dollars in my account, but for some reason, this is the bank that loves to lock up my card and cause a conveniences in my life. Tremendous Service. Micah McCann. I knew I wouldn’t figure it out on my own so I went to the Tukwila branch. I needed to sculpt an auto loan and this lady stepped up to the plate and was so patient with me. I’ve gotten loans from Seattle Metropolitan Credit union before and this past understanding was keeping me from understanding and following the current process. The staff at this location was outstanding. They helped my girls get an amazing rate on a six month CD. Professional, courteous and respectful. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Visited location at 2pm Monday and it was closed for incliment weather... Wasn't even raining! This is the worst branch of them all!
