If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is unfriendly, offers the worst customer service, and clearly has serious issues with their accounting procedures. We made a large deposit that was somehow “unaccounted for,” and had to waste our day off going in to figure out what happened. They never responded to our emails or phone calls, and the wait is always far too long.
Loved this place until they decided to pay my bills for me and wipe out my account without authorization. No record of an important phone call made which of course its their word against yours. Go to sound cu instead. Closed my account today. Bye.
I opened my business account in 2017 in tukwila for a little bit of time things were ok at the branch and then everything changed. No customers service very rude people were working so I started to go Michigan branch in Seattle. I met Mr morris for a little while but then the branch closed down , so I started to go Burien branch. Worst banking setup and policies I've ever seen, even to rival the horrible service at BoA. The policies are blatantly discriminate against new members and I open an acct weeks ago but due to technical issues on banks end, they gave official creation date 2 weeks later and now I still have a 9 business day hold on my check even after having an account for 40 days.
