I opened my business account in 2017 in tukwila for a little bit of time things were ok at the branch and then everything changed. No customers service very rude people were working so I started to go Michigan branch in Seattle. I met Mr morris for a little while but then the branch closed down , so I started to go Burien branch. If I could give zero stars I would. 1 teller at 130pm on a Friday. Has not been the same 5 star customer service since ( Dawn) retired
Worst banking setup and policies I've ever seen, even to rival the horrible service at BoA. The policies are blatantly discriminate against new members and I open an acct weeks ago but due to technical issues on banks end, they gave official creation date 2 weeks later and now I still have a 9 business day hold on my check even after having an account for 40 days. Jasmine was nice, but the setup leaves little room for private personal banking. You will have to share the details of your visit with everyone in an open space while sitting at what looks like a lunch counter. I did notice that you were giving a personal office if you were of caucasian descent, that was nice. The lack of privacy when you are sharing your financial info, and are being asked account and social security numbers is uncomfortable.
