We love our pediatrician, lactation consultant, and dentist here! I wish there were more open appointments when we go to schedule them, but the schedulers are helpful to find times that will work. The community coordinators are also a great resource and being part of children’s makes referrals easier.

Specialists here are okay primary care and nurses have been the worst care experience I've ever had in a children's clinic specifically. they do not care about you or your child. they will do whatever is easiest for them regardless of how it affects other people. communication between patient and doctor only occurs if you are an absolute monster because they literally just ignore you. good luck because even after I went through a formal complaint process it obviously changed nothing. they don't care.

Every single time we need a medication refill they get it wrong. Same medication every single time and they still get it wrong. Then they want to get an attitude because I actually know what I’m talking about and literally hang up on me. They’ve been flippant and disrespectful. I rarely get to see the same provider and they have all shown little to no interest in my child. Looking for a new clinic unfortunately.
