I had to change docs because multiple times they dropped my appointments without letting me know, then had to rush to reschedule. They dont keep up with appointments as your child grows then make you feel guilty that we're missing appointments. Even when I arrived to my child appointments they rush you to get out.
No matter where you are in Seattle, this place is worth going to, especially for newborns and babies. I have received so much amazing support during the first 5 months of my daughter’s life. Yesterday, my son went to this dentist's office for the first time. The environment was very nice and the nurses were very patient. However, the doctor, Alberto Enrico, treated my son very rudely. He asked me to hold my son and then let him lie on his lap. However, my son did not like that and wanted to get up. The doctor held my son's head down very hard with his thighs. This place is associated with Dr Kenisha Campbell so whoever hired her didn't do their due diligence. I don't think she sees patients thank God but the fact that this prestigious institution would hire such an incompetent doctor, and I use "doctor" loosely, is mind boggling.
