Specialists here are okay primary care and nurses have been the worst care experience I've ever had in a children's clinic specifically. they do not care about you or your child. they will do whatever is easiest for them regardless of how it affects other people. communication between patient and doctor only occurs if you are an absolute monster because they literally just ignore you. good luck because even after I went through a formal complaint process it obviously changed nothing. they don't care.

Every single time we need a medication refill they get it wrong. Same medication every single time and they still get it wrong. Then they want to get an attitude because I actually know what I’m talking about and literally hang up on me. They’ve been flippant and disrespectful. I rarely get to see the same provider and they have all shown little to no interest in my child. Looking for a new clinic unfortunately.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Odessa Brown. We were seen right away. The MA, Kayla, was the best we've ever had, and we've been to A LOT of doctor's appointments. The doctor was great. She spent time with us and answered all my questions and concerns. My daughter enjoyed her time even after multiple vaccine injections. I feel very fortunate to be able to take my daughter here.

I’ve been taking all my children to the same provider for over 12 years and today was my 18 month olds first appointment with a new provider and they were so thorough and addressed all my concerns, provided referrals and even provided information to follow up for my sons lab testing. Very pleased with our switch!
