I’ve been taking all my children to the same provider for over 12 years and today was my 18 month olds first appointment with a new provider and they were so thorough and addressed all my concerns, provided referrals and even provided information to follow up for my sons lab testing. Very pleased with our switch!

We continue to have a wonderful experience at Seattle Children's Odessa Brown in Othello. We feel so lucky that this pediatrician and facility is in our area!

We’ve had good care here, the staff are nice and the facility is nice. But I am incredibly frustrated by the scheduling system. We have been going for years and scheduling six-month follow ups is a carnival game. They don’t open their schedules for months, they loosely. Tell you to call back in a few months to see what you can get. I had to change docs because multiple times they dropped my appointments without letting me know, then had to rush to reschedule. They dont keep up with appointments as your child grows then make you feel guilty that we're missing appointments. Even when I arrived to my child appointments they rush you to get out.
