Worst experience ever! We booked the shuttle time and place 3 days ahead. Driver showed up 30 minutes late and after we were loaded, he was stopped by Pier authorities and police for not having a valid license or insurance and at that point he told us we had to get another ride and grabbed his stuff and ran away from the cops. We had 7 people, two who need help and 6 suitcases and no way to get another ride. Don’t use this service!
I have taken this shuttle twice, and both times, the drivers were amazing. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and did an amazing job.
