While Sara was excellent with her customer service, not receiving information about my delivery was poor . After waiting four months for my order and being told I would be notified the afternoon before as to the delivery time, there has been NO Notification. Further to this posting I’ve been told (and I believe this to be true) that a message was sent and somehow I didn’t receive it. I should also add that the four month wait was a very good improvement on the initial (perhaps) six months time.

Always a pleasure dealing with everyone at this business. From the knowledgeable and helpful staff on the floor to the great guys who deliver and install - on time! A truly first-class business that takes it's reputation seriously. Thank you to all of you.
No service unfortunately staff member said he was going next door. Never came back to check if we required assistance.
