I had the most wonderful experience with the team at Seated, their products and their customer service are 5 Star! As an Interior Designer I deal with many suppliers and the team at Seated are brilliant! Great Range - Top products - Great people!
Buyer beware! Ordered a chair (nearly $2000) in mid-November. Was told lead time would be 12+ weeks which I did not have an issue with. Now 20 weeks later, no communication, no answer to phone calls (answer machine states email only). No response to repeated email requests for an update. I understand delays happen but some communication would be nice! Shortly I will be left with no option but to open up a dispute via Paypal and / or NSW Fair Trading to try and recover my money. very poor.
Really disappointed. Me and my partner just moved to Sydney and before we came we went to the Seated showroom, tried out chairs, and decided on one that he liked. We were told that there would be free delivery of the chair to anywhere in Sydney so we got rid of his old chair and called up to order the delivery as soon as we got here. Disgraceful conduct by the owner, Marcus Aurednik - completely unhinged I’ve seen plenty in my time, but I’ve never witnessed anything like this. My son in law parked for a short time in what turned out to be a reserved parking space outside this business. Over the past few months I’ve noticed many other trades using the same spot, so there was clearly confusion, but nothing that would justify what happened next.
