It was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had. They keep saying your order will be dispatched soon, but weeks go by with no update. Then suddenly, they claim the item is being sent directly from the brand's warehouse, which is not their responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend dealing with them if you plan to make a purchase within the next two months.
Literally sell chairs that are not in stock, claim it will be delivered and it never is. WHERE IS THE CHAIR!?
If I could rate higher than 5-stars, I would! Absolutely love the HAG Capisco chair they sold me, and their customer service is top shelf. Great communication, chair delivered on time, super friendly and helpful team. Highly recommend purchasing from 'Seated'.

I ordered a customised chair. Due to it being made to order, I had to wait for assembly in the US and shipment via ocean to Australia. Having dealt with ocean freight myself, I understand the need for the long lead time and consolidation. It was worth the wait. I elected to pickup the chair from Rozelle and it was there ready for me in the bag having being assembled by the team with zero issues or blemishes. Communication was good and I'm happy with everything. The chair is amazing.
