our driver was a half hour later than our window with no contact. We had to call twice to check where our ride was. The agents were not friendly and told us our optuon was to cancel if we were not happy. We were told we would arrive at the airport bu 5:00am and we did not get picked up untill that tinee. We did not arrive at the airport before our two hour window. which is not acceptable. I would have not scheduled with Shuttle Express if I knew this would be the service I would get.
