I tried to schedule an appointment and was told I had to give them a 4-hour window to show up eso I took the day off of work. They failed to show up at all. When I called to ask where the tech was, I would get routed to a call center that told me they were in Mexico. I was told I was not permitted to speak with anyone at the company. The guys who came to repair our a/c unit were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. When they realized the fuses were bad, one of them went out of his way to get the fuses and come back to replace them and get our unit up and running. After more than a week without air in the front of our house, we were delighted to have a repairman go out of his way to get our unit going. I really appreciate this company.

We've been through a few heating and air conditioning companies over the past year and these guys are by far the best! Quick to respond, helpful with all our needs and great customer service! They even lent us a window unit to get us thru during the repair. When we need future work done Seatac will be my one and only call. 5*****!

These guys were awesome! I called in before they were open and they called me shortly after they opened to see how they could help. It's a small thing I know, but it shows they want to help and care about the customer. They showed up on time and we're very polite and professional. They were able to diagnose my problem very quickly and repair effectively. I will be using them for anything in the future.

Seatac Heating And Air Conditioning is a great company! They are helping us with a whole host of issues and the whole team is fantastic. We highly recommend them and were glad someone else referred them to us. We will be using them for now on for all our HVAC issues.
