We were a little skeptical because we don’t live close to where we are able to see floor options for ourselves. We put our full trust in Damien to help us pick the perfect couch and he nailed it. Not only is it a great quality product, Seat n Sleep provided excellent service. We ordered during a holiday week and was expecting delayed shipping but to our surprise it was scheduled to be here in 6 days!! I won the Triton sectional through the freebie Friday Facebook contest. Everyone was super nice and helpful when I went to pick it up! I was worried they would try to up sell me the whole time but they weren't pushy at all. As an added bonus, 2 throw pillows were included, which was a nice surprise! I just wish that someone had told me where I could find the instructions and hardware ahead of time. It could've saved me about an hour of confusion. Overall, very impressed with the store and the workers!

I just wanted to say thank you guys for making my grandmother a happy woman. We had drove to Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo and finally ended up here! The best service, and they got her the exact set she wanted. Delivered it the next day and even went out of their way to help find some hardware that did not come with the furniture. You guys rock and I’ll be in soon for a new bed!!! Once again thank you!!
Was excited to get my new couch today. Instead I got two lazy delivery guys who refused to do their jobs. They went as far as to mock the house I live in, made jokes that I should just buy a small futon instead and refused to try to even deliver my couch. On their website they did not list what measurements the couch was nor did it mention it it comes in separate boxes that then they would put together.
