Do Not Buy Any Warranty! And Definitely Do Not Believe What Their Employees Tell You. I Was Told Any and everything was covered. 1st lie. Our house was broken into. And lost everything. On top of that. They damaged our couch. And all our paperwork is gone, so no receipt. Yep, story of my life. But to make matters worse Seat n Sleep doesn't have it. The staff, the place, everything was great. Dont get me wrong, However the sofa arrived and its like its used. The cushions are really strong in one area, then almost as if they are 15 years old in other areas, very uncomfortable. The warrantee time is one year, the new cushions have been on order almost 5 months and now they dont even call me back when they say they will. To ANYONE in the Kalamazoo area thinking of buying from Seat and sleep. DON'T normal wear and tear they called abuse!! Should have known from the 1st couch we returned!! Never ever buy from them!!
Disgusting experience with Seat n Sleep Store. This is my first time ever rating a store. unfortunately, I have to say that I was disappointed choosing this store. Horrible communication, as well as products from the store won’t last long although it looks great at first glance. I would highly suggest don’t do business with them.
Never will buy from them again.still waiting on the right legs for the sectional I got after they already had to fix it and then put the wrong legs on
