Do Not Buy Any Warranty! And Definitely Do Not Believe What Their Employees Tell You. I Was Told Any and everything was covered. 1st lie. Our house was broken into. And lost everything. On top of that. They damaged our couch. And all our paperwork is gone, so no receipt. Yep, story of my life. But to make matters worse Seat n Sleep doesn't have it. The staff, the place, everything was great. Dont get me wrong, However the sofa arrived and its like its used. The cushions are really strong in one area, then almost as if they are 15 years old in other areas, very uncomfortable. The warrantee time is one year, the new cushions have been on order almost 5 months and now they dont even call me back when they say they will. RecommendedThe quality and prices are the reason we keep coming back. We started with a bed, which was delivered the same day. Recently we went back to look at couches. With the help of the salesman, we ended up buying 2 couches made by Lane. These are the most comfortable, well made couches! Extremely happy with our purchase! Thank you Seat n Sleep!
