Traveled with my wife and sons to Nantucket for the weekend. +The shuttle from the parking lot to the dock was quick and easy to get a stroller onto. A Whale-y Wonderful Start to Our Martha’s Vineyard Adventure! We had such a fantastic experience at the Seastreak Ferry Terminal in New Bedford! From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth sailing—super clean terminal, educational signs on the walls, bonus points for the giant whale fossil hanging from the ceiling (which my 4-year-old was convinced might come to life at any moment ). Got a parking ticket even after paying for the parking. Staff provided incorrect information about parking duration and free parking days.
Arrived at New Bedford today and were told our golf clubs and bags would be considered freight and will have to pay extra starting next week! They also would not refund our tickets for a trip we missed last leek due to a medical emergency! Hyline and Steamship are much more customer focused, never taking Sea Streak again!
