This was our second time taking the Seastreak fast ferry from New Bedford, MA to Martha’s Vineyard. The shuttle from Whalebone parking lot was great. When I realized I had forgotten my phone in my car a few minutes before boarding, Al jumped in his car to drive me back to the lot to get it. This kind of customer service is just so priceless to infrequent travelers like me. Lots of friendly people on site to ask for help and directions. It's a long walk. Staff is friendly and helpful and boat is always clean
