First impressions of this place was great. Mum & dad brought a unit here. cant complain about their first 5 yrs. Then dad passed, Management changed and it turnt to crap. Mum had dementia and needed extra care that we were originally advised would be available until she passed. But not to be. we were advised she had to leave as they couldnt give her the care she needed. Fair enough but even though they couldnt provide the care and told us she needed to leave they had the hide to hit her with maximum exit fee of 40% plus 50%c... read more
Very Clean and great Staff. Very helpful and appear to look after the Residents very well.
Been here 4 1/2 years now and love every moment. Caring happy staff who are always there to answer any questions. Great lot of residents. This is my home with all my Seasons family.
Good if you enjoy stingy box dinners and processed frozen foods that you pay so much for.
